To ensure the Trustees fulfil their duties and responsibilities for the proper governance of the charity To ensure an effective relationship between: - the Trustees and Management Committee - Members, Horsham District Council and external stakeholders/community - To act as a spokesperson and figurehead as appropriate
A willingness to lead the organisation Possess tact, diplomacy, and powers of persuasion Previous experience in leading an organisation (in the public,private or voluntary sector) will be useful but not essential
