The General Enquiries Contact: - Handles all external enquiries, welcomes local parents and encourages involvement. - A successful General Enquiries Contact will be efficient, accessible and friendly, and will have the satisfaction of knowing that through your responsiveness you are really helping the NCT achieve its mission.
- Receive enquiries via email and facebook page and ensure a friendly and timely response through personal contact or by passing to the relevant member of the team or referral to NCT help lines or www.nct.org.uk. - Be enthusiastic about NCT and activities to encourage parents-to be and new parents to get involved - Be aware of other services/support for parents in the Sussex Downs area in order to pass on details as appropriate.
TIME COMMITMENT There may be times of the year when more hours will be required depending on branch activities - volunteers spend up to 1 hour in a typical week.
