The Role
Do you have an interest in providing high quality arts and entertainment? Are you able to help shape memorable community experiences in Horsham District?
We are seeking a Non-Executive Director to join our small and passionate Board of three people. What you’ll do:
Provide oversight and governance.
Provide strategic advice and constructive challenge to the Board and management team
Help shape strategy
Act as an ambassador for Happy Accidents
Contribute to Board meetings and occasional task groups
Role details:
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: Voluntary
Commitment: Initial one-year term, with four online Board meetings annually plus occasional task groups
What skills do I need?
Skills
Experience (professional or personal) in at least one of the following four areas:
Education
Budget/financial management
Monitoring and evaluation (progress and impact)
Charity governance
Experience:
Operational and/or company management experience
Creative ideas, strategic thinking, or problem-solving skills
A willingness to learn, listen, and contribute as part of a supportive team
