For Horsham Area Community Car Scheme
The office staff are the point of contact for clients of the Scheme. Dealing with enquiries and transport bookings via the telephone and in person then logging all the bookings and communicating them to drivers. Computer experience would be helpful but not essential. The Office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to mid-day. We are looking for staff for both regular shifts and holiday/sickness cover.
A good telephone manner, the ability to problem solve and multi tasking sometimes in a busy, time sensitive environment. Training will be provided. A DBS check will be required due to face to face contact with clients which is free of charge as a volunteer.
