MINUTES: compile meeting agendas in conjunction with (icw) chairman; arrange meeting venue; take notes and from them draft minutes of meetings; keep record of approved minutes.
REGISTER: maintain register of trustees and terms of office; maintain register of members, associates and co-opted personnel
CHARITY COMMISSION (CC): be familiar with CC rules and regulations in regard to HFs status as a Charitable incorporated organisation (CIO); icw with chairman compile annual returns for submission to CC.
GENERAL: be responsible for correspondence unless otherwise agreed; take on agreed designated tasks to assist the chairman; actively participate in meetings and assist with the organisation and running of the festival.
MEETINGS The capitol Theatre, Horsham
FESTIVAL: various locations in and around Horsham
Have some experience in committee work; possess a good level of organisational ability; possess administrative skills; able to note of key issues at meeting and turn them into a minute of the meeting; be an able communicator; experience and ability to understand pertinent rules and regulations of the Charity Commission; have an interest in 'the arts' in a general sense; have a keen interest in local community involvement and inclusion; able to attend meetings
