The Friends of Horsham Park is a Community Interest Company that aims to enhance, promote and protect our wonderful park. The committee meets every 6 weeks and the Secretary is responsible for supporting the efficient running of the committee's activities. The core responsibilities are as follows:
1. To take and circulate minutes of meetings.
2. Circulate meeting agendas and papers ahead of meetings.
3. Liaise with the Chair / Treasurer to ensure good coordination.
4. Assist with filing documents on our Google Drive.
As a member of the committee, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved and suggest projects/events in line with our aims.
Passion for the importance of Parks as a place for social inclusion, recreation, relaxation and connecting with nature.
Good communication and organisation skills as you will need to liaise with the Committee and other stakeholders.

Our committee meetings are held every 6 weeks on a Tuesday from 7.30pm - 9.30pm.
This opportunity can be carried out whilst working from home.
