We're looking for someone to help with running the Holbrook Community Centre for the benefit of the local community.
This involves:
- Making decisions on hire rates to ensure affordability for hirers, but at the same time that running costs are being covered.
- Ensuring regular hirers have the facilities they need and are looking after the premises when they use them.
- Making sure there is availability for occasional hirers to book birthday parties and other events and the centre is opened and closed for them.
- Getting quotes from suppliers for maintenance that needs to be completed.
- Ensuring maintenance is carried out without impacting hirers.
- Improving the centre for the use of the community.
- Applying for funds for such improvements.
- Other duties as required.
